Hi!

The internet is full of spam, trash and other content
– like a big colorful bunch of flowers!

My creative production started at the time,
when the internet came up in Germany (~1995).

Before we were all offline.

Understanding the mechanism of the internet was one of the biggest revelations I had in my life.

Born in Munich, I went east 1996, started media art studies at HGB Leipzig and mainly did net.art projects. Few people were working with the internet as artistic medium.

So from 1996 I just started :

Producing artistic websites, gifanimations, playing with basic html code and combining real space installations with the beauty of online data.

I remember, when it was the first time possible to publish gifanimations in netscape browser… what a progress!

At those times,
there was always the problem of getting value for online art…

In 2020 I heard about NFT the first time:

I had my second biggest revelation discovering the mechanisms of NFT&the blockchain.
